Stone Bridge invested in the acquisition of 325 Old Sanford Oviedo Road Winter Springs, FL, a single tenant property located in Winter Springs, Fl which is in the Orlando MSA.  The property totals 27,250 rentable square feet and is 100% leased to Premix Marbelite Manufacturing.

Premix was founded in Miami in the 1950’s and primarily makes the concrete used to build swimming pools. Premix is  a subsidiary of QEP, which is a publicly traded flooring company that was founded in 1979. QEP had annual revenues of in excess of $3 billion in 2015.
