American Builders Supply is a rapidly growing supplier of windows, doors and trusses to the Florida market. It now has 11 locations and is the largest independently owned distributor of these items in Florida

We were attracted to the buildings functionality: with dock doors on either end, the building is very efficient for one tenant or it could easily be demised and used by two tenants.  We were also attracted to this investment because we were able to purchase it  below replacement cost,  and we like its location in the large and diversified  Orlando industrial market.
