Stone Bridge invested in the acquisition of 2799 Hope Church Road, a single tenant property located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  The property totals 66,000 rentable square feet and is 100% leased to BEPCO.

BEPCO was founded in 1958, and remains a family run firm, now run by the third generation. This property is attractive to BEPCO as it is only a mile and a half from its headquarters.

The factors that made this an appealing investment include:   the health of the local industrial market,  a purchase price well below replacement cost, and the steady growth of the metropolitan area.

This was the first purchase for the investment fund, SummerStone Fund IV, which targets income oriented properties.
