Stone Bridge Investment Group was formed in 2012 to invest private equity into commercial real estate. Prior to founding Stone Bridge, our principals have acquired and managed commercial real estate for both institutional investors and high net worth private investors.

Stone Bridge has historically been primarily a purchaser of commercial real estate on a direct basis. In response to current market conditions which is rapidly re-pricing lodging real estate, Stone Bridge will invest more broadly across the capital stack in the Lodging sector and will continue to invest directly into industrial properties that feature market and operational attributes attractive to our own capital and to that of our investor clients.

For debt and equity investments into Lodging, our firm works with trusted owner, investor, and manager relationships to identify and underwrite attractive, risk-adjusted investments. Stone Bridge focuses on properties for which the need for value-add debt and/or equity capital offers a match with our principals’ product knowledge, underwriting expertise and active asset management abilities.

For direct property acquisitions, Stone Bridge works with carefully vetted operating partners. Working in conjunction with these operating partners, we source, evaluate, and structure desirable investment opportunities. Stone Bridge invests equity capital and utilizes its extensive lending and capital markets expertise to access accretive debt capital. Our operating partners provide deep operational and redevelopment capability and active property management track records.
