John Bonfiglio is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stone Bridge Investment Group. John’s experience spans 30+ years in real estate and capital markets. He has directed the acquisitions and dispositions of over 2 million square feet of commercial properties for Stone Bridge.
Former Group Managing Director at Fitch Investors Service, where he was responsible for the U.S. Structured Finance area. John was also formerly head of Fitch’s commercial mortgage and REIT groups. At Fitch, John was responsible for over $500B of rated commercial mortgage loans during this period. Former Vice President with The O’Connor Group, where he was responsible for purchasing $800M of commercial properties.
John has a BA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University.

Rickard Olander is a Partner with Stone Bridge Investment Group. During his 20+ year career, Rickard has been involved in the underwriting, valuation, acquisition, management and capital raise of in excess $30B in U.S and European debt and equity offerings and invested capital.
Prior to Stone Bridge, Rickard served as Investment Manager for a $1B U.S. commercial property portfolio through divesture, and was part of the executive team for a private-to-public, re-capitalization program of a $1.2B institutional-grade, Scandinavian industrial/logistics portfolio. Over the course of his career, Rickard has specifically directed the acquisition, financing and/or investment management activities for in excess 2,000 units of lodging/vacation-rental/fractured condo assets combining for $300M in AUM. Rickard’s background includes prior leadership roles within investment management, private equity, rating agency, appraisal and hotel management.
Rickard has a Master’s Degree with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and has completed post-graduate work in real estate finance at New York University.

Adam Zembruski is a Principal with Stone Bridge Investment Group’s lodging team. Adam has 20+ years of management experience in the hotel, resort and food service industries, with senior roles with several hospitality management companies and brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Choice.
Former Chief Operating and Acquisitions Officer at Pharos Hospitality, a hospitality real estate investment firm. Prior to Pharos Hospitality, Adam was a corporate operation executive for the management company of Hersha Hospitality Trust, one of the largest national publicly traded hospitality REITs, with P&L responsibility for 23 hotels across 7 states, valued at $400M.
Adam is the Founder and Senior Advisor of Hospiamo™, a partnership of hospitality professionals and holds various certifications from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
